Agreement
These terms are between you and Ask Showcase Studio, Algarve, Portugal. By using https://www.askshowcase.com or the studio you agree to them. If you use Ask Showcase for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
The service
Ask Showcase makes showcase videos and visual content, and provides studio tools to create, connect social accounts and publish. Features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that harms the service, other people, or a connected platform’s rules.
Connected platforms
Connecting Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or another service is optional. You authorise Ask Showcase to act on that account only to perform the publishing and management you request. Each platform’s own terms still apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service when YouTube is used. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for a platform changing, limiting or ending its API.
Your content
You keep the rights to videos, captions and other work you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process and deliver that work to the destinations you choose. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed, including music, faces and trademarks.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the studio, attempt to break in, send unlawful content, or use connected APIs beyond the permissions you granted and the purpose of the service.
Privacy
How we handle personal data, including Google user data, is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete stored data on the Data Deletion Request page.
Paid work
Production projects are scoped in a separate conversation or order. Fees, delivery and revisions for those projects are agreed there. Studio tools may be offered without a separate fee.
Liability
The website and studio are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related work in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
